With numerous lanes for contracting in every annual procurement cycle, GCPL found that they were often optimizing for the convenience of RFQ events and dealing with high freight costs due to a heavy reliance on relationship-based contracts. With Pando, GCPL was able to digitize their procurement process across all their lanes over multiple manufacturing plants with hundreds of carriers. The company saw a 100% increase in the count of carriers they had access to through Pando and were able to use the freight benchmarking feature to select the right carriers for their needs.
